A recent project was a bathroom re-fit, it certainly needed doing and as non diy people the owners didn’t know where to start.
Usually I would give a quote based on the customer needs but this was different, I was given a budget figure and asked if I could do it within that, I said yes.
They had no idea what to specify so just gave me a basic brief of easy to keep clean light and bright.
First thing to be done was a complete rip out
Including that horrible ceiling.
The skylight was a bonus adding natural light.
After a good few weeks the bathroom started to take shape, the finishes were all my choice and with approval added led lighting and underfloor heating.
The pictures below show the finished bathroom.
The wall panelling is upvc and will never rot, warp or look tatty.
The picture don’t do the panels justice and has a sparkle embedded in it.
The customers are over the moon with the finish and while I was there upgraded the second w/c, the main bathroom was done within the original budget as agreed.
