Extension, Wickford Essex, Part 3

If you have been following this project, you will know the actual extension is complete.

It is, but after leaving this job to do another small job for four weeks we are back here giving the property frontage an upgrade.

The front was looking a bit tired and had huge conifers across most of the front, the fencing had seen better days and the front path from the road had sunk over 200mm in the centre over the years.

With the trees cut down our first job was to excavate the footing for the new front wall and create a straight usable concrete front path from the pavement to the existing slabbed path.

Next the side boundary fence was replaced.

Then we built the wall using imperial yellow stock bricks and using standard fence panels in between, the gate was custom made to match.
